Staffed Events

Friday and Saturday evenings - minimum food and beverage requirement is $1,500.

Sunday, weeknights and afternoons, cost is $1,000.

All charges, except gratuity, are subject to Washington State sales tax.

Service gratuity of 18 % is recommended, but will not be added to your bill without permission.


Labor charges

Labor charges are $17/hour for wait staff and $25/hr for chefs and bartenders, with a 4-hour minimum for each.

Number of staff, size and length of party determines the actual labor charge.

A basic buffet without cooking stations requires one staff person per 25 guests.

Delivery charges without staff begin at $45.


Beverages

Full bar service including alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

Beverage charges based on consumption and calculated at the end of your event.

Beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages bought on a per drink basis.

Wines can be purchased by the glass or bottle.


Policy

The listed menu prices are subject to change, but may be confirmed one month prior to your event.

Preliminary attendance is required two weeks prior to your event with a final guarantee given 3-business days prior.

To confirm your event, a completed Catering Agreement must be signed and returned with 50 % of the estimated balance. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event.
